LGBTQ Youth Group: A youth group at Tuned In! for Lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and questioning individuals. Ages 13-18.

Mermaids supports gender-diverse children and young people until their 20th birthday, as well as their families and professionals involved in their care. Transgender and gender-variant children and teens need support and understanding, as well as the freedom to explore their gender identity. Whatever the outcome, Mermaids is committed to helping families navigate the challenges they may face. 

Young Stonewall UK: here to let all young lesbian, gay, bi and trans people - as well as those who are questioning - here and abroad, know they're not alone. We want to empower all young people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, to campaign for equality and fair treatment for LGBTQ people, and against discrimination.

Anxiety UK  provide self-help leaflets and information on self-help groups for those suffering with anxiety

Beat Eating Disorders  Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity they provide confidential helplines for adults and young people offering support and information about eating disorders. These helplines are free to call from all phones, tel: 0808 801 0811. You can also e-mail them on:  open to all students.

Blessing Manifesting  Motivational, Self-Help, Self-Love and Mental Health Blogger. Blessing Manifesting is a place to explore topics of self-love, self-care, body love, as well as tips to deal with depression and anxiety. It's your online sanctuary for positivity, inspiration, and community.

Bullying UK People contact us about all aspects of family life that include all stages of a child’s development, issues with schools and parenting/relationship support. We also respond when life becomes more complicated and provide support around family breakdown, aggression in the home, bullying, teenage risky behaviour and mental health concerns of both parents and their children. Children's Mental Health Week Children's Mental Health Week took place on 1-7th February 2021. This year's theme was Express Yourself.

National Autistic Society  guidance around mental health difficulties such as anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and depression.

No Panic No Panic is a registered charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders including those people who are trying to give up Tranquillizers. No Panic also provides support for the carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.

Papyrus UK: Prevention of Young Suicide  Suicide is the biggest killer of young people – male and female – under 35 in the UK. Every year many thousands more attempt or contemplate suicide, harm themselves or suffer alone, afraid to speak openly about how they are feeling. Students Against Depression The Students Against Depression story starts with the sad loss of two bright young men to suicide. Their families invested in this project to reach out to other people suffering the effects of depression and suicidal thinking.

Sexual Health Clinics and Contraception

Sexual Health Teesside provide free and confidential sexual health services in Teesside including information and advice on all types of contraception and STI testing and treatment. Our service is confidential, non-judgmental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations.

Fearless - Fearless is a site where you can access non-judgemental information and advice about crime and criminality. You can contact them 100% anonymously to report a crime or criminal (not in an emergency). The site also has an A-Z of crime types so you can learn more about identifying it and understand the terminology.
