Anxiety UK  provide self-help leaflets and information on self-help groups for those suffering with anxiety

Beat Eating Disorders  Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity they provide confidential helplines for adults and young people offering support and information about eating disorders. Engage @ The Junction -  is a service which has been developed with young people for young people with mental ill health and emotional well being issues. It  aims to empower young people to feel happier, be more positive and confident about their future,  more able to deal with life’s challenges, build friendships and positive relationships.

Kooth - online mental health services for children, young people and adults. Kooth, from XenZone, is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use.

Males Allowed - Malesallowed CIC is a mental health service for men of all ages and backgrounds to reach out, gain advice and seek help. A signpost page for men to gain information, attend social events, join in with LIVE Facebook chats, advice, email chat, Whatsapp group and 1-1 support.

No Panic No Panic is a registered charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders including those people who are trying to give up Tranquillizers. No Panic also provides support for the carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.

Papyrus UK: Prevention of Young Suicide  Suicide is the biggest killer of young people – male and female – under 35 in the UK. Every year many thousands more attempt or contemplate suicide, harm themselves or suffer alone, afraid to speak openly about how they are feeling. Papyrus provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through our helpline, HOPELINEUK: tel:0800 068 41 41.

Students Against Depression The Students Against Depression story starts with the sad loss of two bright young men to suicide. Their families invested in this project to reach out to other people suffering the effects of depression and suicidal thinking.

Sexual Health Clinics and Contraception

Sexual Health Teesside provide free and confidential sexual health services in Teesside including information and advice on all types of contraception and STI testing and treatment. Our service is confidential, non-judgmental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations.

Everyone is welcome and you don’t need to see a GP first. You can attend one of our walk-in clinics, book an appointment online 24/7 or speak to us on 0300 3301122. Our phone line is open 24 hours a day Monday to Friday.
